The district will increase student engagement by having teachers implement Responsive Classroom strategies, with fidelity monitored through walkthroughs and an increase in positive student behavior indicators and classroom engagement ratings.

All teachers will regularly collect and analyze student learning and behavior data to inform instructional planning, as evidenced by PLC artifacts, walkthrough documentation, and lesson plan audits.
