Public school CST services are designed to meet the individual needs of the district and its students. The designated district administrator can request educational consults, psychological consults, counseling and CST staff for ongoing assignments by contacting Alan Kotzen, Public CST Supervisor, at 609-702-0500 x7404 or by e-mail at akotzen@burlcoschools.org.
Districts can also contact Mr. Kotzen to request Learning Evaluations, Social Assessments, Psychological Evaluations and/or CST staff to attend meetings. When faxing a request, please complete the online Public CST Department’s Request Form and fax it to 609-702-9033.
